ELIGIBILITY
Open to women-identifying professionals in the UK and abroad who have:
A minimum of 10 years of impactful professional experience
Made a significant and measurable contribution in their industry, community, or organisation
Demonstrated thought leadership, mentorship, and influence beyond their immediate role
Open to all sectors: business, public service, STEM, academia, media, creative arts, and social enterprise
Judging Criteria
Vision & Leadership: Has the nominee led transformational change or innovation in her sector?
Impact: Is her work measurable in outcomes (growth, awareness, change)?
Legacy: Has she influenced long-term shifts in culture, gender parity, or industry norms?
Mentorship & Advocacy: Has she actively supported the advancement of other women?

Nominee must not be a previous winner of the same award
Submissions should include:
